Cypress Employment has a client in Mobile in need of an Admin Assistant with excellent Customer Service skills. 
Office hours-  8:00AM – 4:30PM  Mon thru Thurs and 8:00AM –  3:30PM on Fridays
Job Duties:
Engage with customers to determine needs and obtain art files
Create accurate sign proofs/renderings in a timely manner
Help customers select products based on their needs and specifications
Work with customers to ensure a smooth sales process
Develop account relationships and provide service support for customers
Respond to customer requests for pricing and product availability
Provide timely correspondence through emails and phone calls
Prepare quotations per bid specifications
Set up work orders for new jobs
Coordinate with Vendors/Order Product
Follow up to ensure signs are delivered and jobs are completed on time
Add and update jobs as they progress in job tracking program
Coordinate order flow and paperwork with production
Manage and maintain jobs from initial order to completion
Assist with answering the phone and field customer call-ins
Create and maintain social media accounts (i.e.: Facebook, LinkedIn)
 Other office and/or Administrative Duties as needed

Reliable with friendly and positive attitude
Strong visual, verbal, and written communication skills
Good PC computer skills; Adobe Illustrator, Corel Draw, Flexi Sign a Plus; Outlook, Excel, Word, social media platforms
Strong organizational, multitasking and time management skills with the ability to handle shifting priorities
Ability to work with limited supervision
Willingness to learn and adapt to a fast-paced environment
Works well with others
Previous office/customer service experience as well as understanding of office procedures/processes a Plus
