Cypress Employment Services has a client in Birmingham looking for a maintenance facility assistant for a church. 
Job Description: The ideal candidate for this position should have a positive attitude and can assist the church team in maintaining buildings, grounds, and certain equipment of the church.

Job requirements: 
Must have a positive attitude 
Detail oriented/ Must pay attention to detail 
ability to work independently 
Must be dependable 
Must have housekeeping skills and experience.
Must have experience in general maintenance. Skills including; painting, carpentry and plumbing
Must be able to lift 50 lbs. 
Must have a flexible schedule 
Must be able to work weekends 
Job Duties:
Cleaning –  Vacuum, Sweep, Mop floors
Clean and clear debris from all entrances and exits to the church
Clean Bathrooms
Clean windows /  Dust Blinds
Assist with set up for church functions
Replace light bulbs 
General upkeep of Church bus 
Schedule:  Two days off a week must be willing to work rotating weekends.  
Pay: $14.85 hr. 
Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
