Ecommerce and Marketing Coordinator

 

Cypress employment Services has a client in Birmingham, AL looking for an Ecommerce and Marketing Coordinator

Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities

Display a sense of urgency and adheres to a culture of quality, innovation, and adherence to company core values.
Maintain a record of proper attendance, performance, and timely completion of all required duties.
Utilize web analytical tools to collect data, produce insights, and deliver reports based on key performance indicators.
Coordinate marketplace selling activities:
Create, modify, and optimize product listings and pricing
Coordinate order and fulfillment processes
Assist with customer service needs
Provide basic graphic design:
Use Adobe Photoshop to create print materials
Collaborate with various team members to mockup designs
Ensure that design materials adhere to provided brand standards
Assist with day-to-day ecommerce and marketing activities:
Website
Paid online advertising
Digital content
Search engine optimization
Programs (ex. Digital Partner Program)
Email marketing
Social media
Print marketing
Collaborate with traditional sales teams to increase ecommerce adoption:
Build ecommerce presentations
Follow-up with and assist customers after registering for an account
Be an advocate and resource for ecommerce internally
Attend meetings with the ability to present materials in a clear and concise manner.
Provide administrative support for meetings – host meetings (ex. Zoom/Teams), take notes, assist with follow-up items.
Seek, evaluate, recommend, and implement innovative new technologies to keep Turner on the cutting edge of our industry as it relates to ecommerce and related pursuits
Assist the ecommerce specialist and work cross-functionally to perform any other duties as assigned.
Requirements

Preferred Experience and Education

Degree in Marketing, Business Degree with an emphasis in Marketing/ECommerce or equivalent work experience
1+ year experience in ecommerce, marketing, or marketplace selling (ex. Amazon)
Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (ex. Excel)
Experience with ecommerce technology (ex. Google Analytics)
Experience with Adobe Photoshop
Pay: $35k -$42k BOE
