Earned Value Management Analyst

Overview

ATSS Engineering has a client in Pascagoula, MS looking for an EVMS Analyst.

Job Requirements

-Responsible for all earned Value Management and Earned Value Lite Management surveillance analysis and reporting. Works under the direction of the Director of EVM.

-Provides technical leadership of the surveillance team. Creates and implements project-specific surveillance review plan to ensure adherence to the 32 EVMS guidelines. Verifies content for surveillance review plan to ensure alignment with project. Defines and schedules scope for surveillance review plan.

-Creates and leads in-brief, out-brief, and interviews in support of surveillance plan. Sets up cost control system, and monitors and controls costs and schedule on contracts that require validated cost schedule control system. Performs detailed analyses and prepares reports. Prepares program plans to ensure program requirements and statement of work are captured and scheduled.

-Needs knowledge of an earned value management system. Extensive knowledge in cost collection and reporting practices. Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office products. Good communication skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision in a team environment.

-Ability to perform forensic investigations across multiple disciplines within the organization. Ability to compile reports and analyze data in reports and to prepare trend analysis for management.

-Bachelor’s degree in business related curriculum and/or equivalent combination of experience and training which results in the required knowledge, skills and abilities to perform the job.
