ATSS is looking for a C5ISR Engineer for a client in Florida. 

Job Description


Provide technical support, to include the investigation and resolution of system interface issues, for the Command, Control, Communications, Computers, Cyber, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (C5ISR) systems.


Provide system integration and design technical support for the C5ISR Detail Design 
Support and execute a robust C5 test program at a dedicated production facility  shipboard and Navy INSURV acceptance trials.
Maintain C5ISR development in accordance with contract specifications, ABS, NVR and ESG design specifications.
Maintain interface with C5ISR Manager on all aspects of C5ISR design.
Prepare reports and metrics on OPC C5ISR development progress.
Maintain, manage and resolve integration and syste Engim engineering issues.
Perform other duties as instructed.
Regular attendance at work and the ability to work flexible hours, including overtime, weekends, and holidays.
Supervisory Responsibilities: This position has no supervisory responsibilities.

Job Requirements


Education/Experience: Bachelors degree or 5  years cumulative experience in participation with any role in the acquisition, management, development, installation, or testing of a C5ISR systems. Experience on a maritime vessel preferred but not required. An equivalent combination of education or experience may be considered


Ability to obtain and maintain a SECRET security clearance. Integrity, flexibility/adaptability, initiative, interpersonal skills, attention to detail and multi-tasking.
Intermediate level Microsoft Office applications including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Project.
Read and interpret documents such as general business periodicals, professional documents, Company policies/procedures, and governmental regulations.
Must have accurate written and verbal communication skills to carry out and understand assignments, and/or convey or exchange routine information.
Rapidly obtain, sort, filter, and analyze large volumes of data.
Maintain the confidential integrity of details pertaining to Eastern Shipbuilding Group.

Experience in the USCG, DoD, or U.S. Navy environment, particularly providing engineering, Integrated Process Team facilitation, event support, acquisition engineering, test and evaluation, certifications/system engineering, CONOPS development and evaluation, system and architecture trade studies, platform/systems integration technology transition development, engineering and analysis, modeling and simulation, system engineering trade-off studies, system engineering/open architecture, ILS engineering, Fleet Introduction, and export control program.
Experience with TEMPEST
CDRL development & management
Experience writing test procedures.
