Overview

ATSS Engineering has a client in Berkeley Springs, WV looking for a Purchase Admin for a 20 month project. This will be an onsite position for a Steel Mill.
 
Responsibilities:

o   Ad hoc duties as required

o   Managing administrative part of purchasing

o   Communicate detailed technical information effectively and accurately

o   Update PO progress, shipment dates, delivery dates

o   Claim procedures

o   Independent time management

o   Self- motivated, reliable and diligent

 

Qualifications:

o   Minimum of 2-3 years purchasing / inventory administration experience

o   Industrial engineering experience a plus

o   Must have excellent organizational and interpersonal skills, the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and diverse responsibilities

o   Excellent communication skills

o   High school diploma or equivalent
